What shipping options do you offer?
- Humatrope, Norditropin, and Genotropin are sent over night via FedEx in insulated coolers with ice packs. Saizen is shipped EMS/Mexpost from Mexico City and arrives USPS. WE DO NOT SHIP SAIZEN TO FLORIDA, sorry. All Non-HGH orders are sent Via Mexpost/EMS from Mexico and arrive via USPS.
- Shipping cost is fixed $50 USD for HGH orders and $20 per
order for all non-HGH orders. If you select non-HGH shipping for Humatrope, Norditropin, or Genotropin you will be charge the $30 extra for normal HGH shipping.
How long will it take to receive my
order?
After receiving your payment,
your order is dispatched within 48 hours. Usual delivery
time is 1-2 days on FedEx to US and Europe. Registered mail by Mexpost/EMS needs to be signed for.
Given transit times are average, we can't guarantee these times. Shipments take approximately 1 week to be delivered.
What is your reship policy?
In case that customer doesn't provide receive their parcel, we will offer 50% refund or
credit towards future purchases (you must provide customs seizure letter), in
many cases we will also offer free reship of complete order (this is left at
our discretion).
Do you ship to all countries?
Unfortunately we can't ship to all
countries due to import regulations in those countries and possible seizures.
All products on our site can ship safely to USA and UK.

How will my order be packaged?
FedEx packages are shipped in a cooler box with ice packs. We ship all
products in original manufacturers packaging, including boxes. Mexpost/EMS packages are sent in bubble wrapped envelopes.
Can I import your products?
In general most countries have a
policy which allows the importation of up to 3 months supply of a given
medication, as long as it is for personal use. You can obtain information on
the applicable importation policy by contacting your countries Customs
